In full compliance with Google Play Store Developer Data Safety Policies and global privacy laws, Tech2Home Labs guarantees all users of T2H BillMaster the permanent right to delete their business account and erase all associated cloud data.

No questions asked permanent data wipeout upon identity verification.
All customer ledgers, product catalogs, and invoice histories are deleted from cloud storage.
Confirmation notification sent to your registered email upon completion.

Option 1: In-App Self-Service

You can initiate instant deletion directly within your mobile or desktop billing app:

  1. Open T2H BillMaster on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings ➔ Business Profile & Security.
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone.
  4. Click "Delete Account & Purge Data".
  5. Confirm your credentials / OTP to submit the permanent deletion request.

Option 2: Verified Email Request

If you have lost access to your device or prefer direct assistance:

Send an email from your registered account email address to:

Subject: "Account Data Deletion Request"
Please include your registered business name and phone number for identity verification.

Online Data Deletion Request Form

Submit your deletion request through our secure portal. Our data protection team will verify your account and process the request within 48 business hours.

What Data is Permanently Deleted?

  • User profile, email, authentication tokens, and passwords.
  • Customer directories, phone contacts, and credit balance ledgers.
  • Product catalogs, HSN/SAC mappings, and price tables.
  • Cloud-synchronized quotations, invoices, and payment records.

Statutory Compliance Notice: While cloud records are purged, business owners remain solely responsible for exporting and preserving offline copies of historical GST invoices as required under applicable Indian statutory tax laws.
